LOOKING BACK ON OPEN MONUMENTENDAG 2022

In September, Koelhuis opened its doors during the Open Monumentendag weekend. Neighbours, culture and architecture enthusiasts explored the building, learnt about its history, and got a sneak peek into its future. The 6 exclusive guided tours were hosted by Bakkers Hommen and Factorr – the real estate development firm and the creative agency behind the Koelhuis project.
To remember the days when Koelhuis was an ice cream freezer warehouse, everybody enjoyed free ice cream.
