the Koelhuis building is transforming toward a cultural hub, for limited time the building is in its current state available for photo and videoproductions and small cultural events.
With its raw industrial atmosphere, Koelhuis Eindhoven is a suggestive venue for brands, photographers, and filmmakers looking for a unique location for their content.
Two floors with two different vibes and features, as well as an ample outdoor area, offer the opportunity of combining different sets on the same production day.
The building is a former freezing warehouse conveniently located at the South-East entrance to the city of Eindhoven, a 5-minute drive from the city center.
The warehouse is planned to be repurposed into a cultural venue and will offer variable options as a photo and video location throughout its redevelopment.
Once the renovation process is completed, Koelhuis Eindhoven will offer a broad range of sets. To name a few: (art) exhibitions, corporate events, live performances, nightlife events, conferences, offices, and meeting rooms.
Due to the current characteristics of the site, safety limitations apply and a preliminary site inspection is recommended.

Production types
Koelhuis Eindhoven offers an ideal film set location for both artistic photo/videography as well as commercial productions that require raw, industrial scenery.
At the moment Koelhuis is suitable for the following photo/video productions:
- film shoots
- TV shows
- commercials
- fashion photoshoots
- music videos
- brand videos
- fine-art photography.
Toilets and dressing room available upon request (extra fees apply). Parking options available in the area. A full production day consists of a maximum of 10 hours and takes place between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
After additional arrangements, rental for private events can be facilitated.

A full day consists of a maximum of 10 hours and takes place between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
This pricing is applicable for weekdays. For weekends there is a 20% supplement on the prices.
The prices listed are exclusive of VAT.
