Terms & Conditions

Koelhuis Photo-op is an event organized by Koelhuis BV. The event will take place on Sunday, October 23rd, 2022, during daytime. The event is based on timeslots made bookable via an online booking platform.

Access to the event is reserved to individual participants of 18 years of age or older. By reserving a photoshoot time slot for Koelhuis Photo-op, you confirm you have read and accepted Terms & Conditions.

In particular:

 

• You are 18 years of age or older;

• You enter the site of the event on Dirk Buitslaan 1, Eindhoven at your own risk;

• Koelhuis BV and associated entities decline any liability regarding damages to persons or belongings during the participation in the event;

• Participants in the event accept to submit at least 3 architecture photos / videos taken during the event, by email, through info@koelhuiseindhoven.nl by November 13th, 2022;

• Participants accept to waive any claims on usage rights connected to the images submitted;

• The images submitted can be used by Koelhuis BV and related brands with no limitation of time, use, and application, including in promotional communication and commercial use;

• The authors of the images will be credited in full wherever their placement allows;

• The authors and/or their social media handles will be credited (and tagged) in social media posts related to the event, should their images be selected for publication.
