Dammes,  a son to creative parents who opened his eyes to the world, is a self-taught filmmaker whose background – a childhood spent in theater and his dad’s vivid circus store in Rotterdam (The Netherlands) – figures strongly in his distinctive, atmospheric yet meditative work.

He makes documentaries, music and fashion films, promos, live streams and registrations directly commissioned by artists, cultural institutions and event organisations.

For over 5 years Dammes was co-founder of Blitzkickers, where he carved his experience and expertise in having his own content creation agency and production studio. But since the pandemic gave many reflections – he decided to follow his own path from 2020 on.

The essence of a successful collaboration lies in the chemistry shared between individuals, as it becomes the key ingredient in creating video content. Dammes believes that the journey throughout the video production process holds equal importance to the final outcome. With this perspective in mind, Dammes and his team strive to achieve extraordinary levels of creativity and synergy, continuously seeking those magical moments of collaboration.
